Number One: Niagara Falls, Ontario

These falls are a beautiful natural landmark in Ontario. It’s 177 feet high, and covers a land area of 212 square kilometers. This place gets about 12 to 14 million tourists a year, making it famous. It’s said to be about 12 thousand years old, and carries nine times as much water as its U.S twin does. A bloody battle in 1812 took place here, and over a thousand soldiers were killed or wounded.

Number Two: Moraine Lake, Alberta

This lake is in Banff Natural Park, Alberta. It gets most of its water from melting glaciers, and doesn’t become full until late June because. At 1,884 meters above sea level, and covering around 120 acres, it’s sure something to look at. The water is famously known for its vibrant turquoise colour and location within the Valley of the Ten Peaks.

Number Three: Bay of Fundy, Nova Scotia

This scenic bay is located between Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. It’s famously known for its highest tidal range in the world. Along the shore are about 40 ports and harbors. Surrounding this large bay are a ton of natural protected forests and parks.

Number Four: Hopewell Rocks, New Brunswick

The Hopewell Rocks are actually located along the Bay of Fundy. They are huge rocks springing up from the water. At low tide, you can actually walk on the sea floor next to them, but high tide limits you. The force of the tides are constantly chipping away at not only these rocks, but the shore as well. Recently, part of the Elephant Rock collapsed.
